本文借助于网民以及学者们对山寨现象的评论,运用扎根理论构建出山寨模式形成的动力机制模型,得出的研究结论表明:进入门槛降低和市场需求形成是山寨模式形成的基础动力;高效的运营能力和快速的市场反应能力是山寨模式形成的核心动力;暂时效益的获得以及竞争能力的提升是山寨模式形成的直接动力。最后,本文从企业生态系统的视角,探讨了山寨模式对国产品牌手机企业的借鉴和思考。
Based on the comments of cottage users by netizens and scholars, this paper uses grounded theory to build a dynamic mechanism model of cottage model. The conclusion drawn from the research is that the entry barriers and market demand formation are the foundation of the cottage model formation. Operational ability and rapid market responsiveness are the core motivations for the formation of the cottage model. The acquisition of temporary benefits and the enhancement of competitiveness are the direct motives for the formation of the cottage model. Finally, from the perspective of the enterprise ecosystem, this article explores the use of cottage model for domestic brands of mobile phone companies and reference.
