伴随着经济全球化的进程的深入,国内外各个企业在激烈的市场竞争中争取自身的利益,为了能够使企业立于不败之地,管理者可谓是绞尽脑汁,可仍旧存在流失优秀员工的问题,其中主要原因在于企业管理存在不合理的现象,使得员工的利益受损,为了能够促使企业占据竞争优势,将人力资源绩效考核制度作为企业的核心管理制度是很有必要的。本文从阐述人力资源绩效考核制度的基本理论出发,深入分析了绩效考核制度在企业管理中的作用。
