建立基于固体力学的搅拌摩擦焊接三维欧拉模型,并与文献的试验结果和ALE模型计算结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。基于此模型,进一步研究搅拌头轴肩及搅拌针等部位对总扭矩的贡献,结果表明,搅拌头轴肩对总扭矩贡献最大,搅拌头针部底面对总扭矩贡献最小,且总扭矩随搅拌头转速的增加而减小。搅拌头针部与轴肩的热输入比在不同搅拌头转速下维持在0.42附近,保证了无轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接过程的顺利进行。
The three-dimensional friction stir welding Euler model based on solid mechanics was established and compared with the experimental results of the literature and the calculation results of the ALE model to verify the correctness of the model. Based on this model, the contribution to the total torque of the stirrer head shoulder and stirrer pin is further studied. The results show that the shoulder shoulder of the stirrer head contributes the most to the total torque, the bottom face of the stirrer head contributes the least to the total torque, Stir head speed increases and decreases. The heat input ratio of the stirrer head to the shoulder is maintained around 0.42 at different stirrer speeds, which ensures the smooth progress of the friction stir welding without shoulder.
