目的:建立同时测定佛耳草中酚酸类和黄酮类成分含量的高效液相色谱分析法。方法:采用高效液相色谱双波长切换法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为327 nm和360 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,进样量:10μl。结果:绿原酸在0.041~0.821μg、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸在0.127~2.549μg、槲皮素在0.020~0.411μg、木犀草素在0.040~0.806μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为98.31%,97.51%,98.29%,98.73%,RSD分别为1.19%,1.52%,1.22%,1.47%。结论:该法简便,重复性好,各成分分离良好,可用于佛耳草的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of phenolic acids and flavonoids in Codula. Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible, and the components are well separated and can be used for the quality evaluation of Codonopsis.
