本文研究了添加石灰(CaCO_3),有机物料(稻草、苕子)后酸性土壤 Cd 活性变化以及淹水,培养时间对酸性土壤 Cd 的活性影响。结果表明,施用石灰、有机物料后,酸性土壤 pH 上升,有效 Cd 含量下降,其有效 Cd 量与培养土壤 pH 呈明显负相关。淹水后,除施石灰处理外,所有处理土壤 pH 升高,有效态 Cd 降低,而培养时间对土壤 Cd 的活性无显著影响。土壤 Cd 的形态分级表明,和对照相比,添加石灰处理,松结有机态 Cd 和碳酸盐结合态 Cd 增多;添加有机物处理,土壤中松结有机态 Cd 和紧结有机态Cd 提高,进一步揭示了添加石灰、有机物料后土壤 Cd 活性降低的原因。
In this paper, the changes of Cd activity in acidic soils after addition of lime (CaCO_3) and organic materials (straw, razor clam) and the effect of flooding and culture time on Cd activity in acid soils were studied. The results showed that after applying lime and organic materials, the pH value of acidic soil increased and the available Cd content decreased. The available Cd content was negatively correlated with the pH value of soil. After flooding, except for lime treatment, the pH of all treatments increased and the available Cd decreased. However, incubation time had no significant effect on Cd activity. Soil Cd classification showed that compared with the control, lime treatment, loosely coupled organic Cd and carbonate bound Cd increased; organic matter addition, loosely-bound organic Cd and compact Cd in the soil were increased, further revealing The reasons for the decrease of soil Cd activity after adding lime and organic material.
