《水文资料整编规范》SL247—1999规定:水文资料整编成果中,各要素的取用精度位数后一位数字采用“四舍六入”方法取舍。随着办公自动化软件的普及,运用Microsoft Excel整编水文资料极大地提高了工作效率,然而,Excel内部并没有实现“四舍六入”的内置函数,作者运用Microsoft Excel内嵌的Visual Basic Application编辑器和集合CLng函数,经简单编程后存储为Excel加载宏,实现对水文数据的“四舍六入五看齐”。
“Hydrological data reorganization code” SL247-1999 provides: hydrological data reorganization results, access to the accuracy of the number of digits after a digit using “rounding ” method of trade-offs. With the popularity of office automation software, the use of Microsoft Excel to reorganize hydrological data has greatly improved the work efficiency. However, there is no built-in function of “rounding in” in Excel. The authors use Microsoft Excel embedded Visual Basic Application Editor and collection CLng function, after a simple programming stored as Excel add-in, to achieve hydrological data “rounding five par”.
