提出了一种新的基于正曲率二次罚函数的最优潮流算法中离散控制量的处理方法。该方法利用二次罚函数产生的虚拟费用迫使离散控制到达它的一个分级上,引入机制简单有效,并能很好地结合在牛顿最优潮流算法中。文中对一个IEEE试验电力系统和两个中国的实际电力系统做了数值计算。结果表明,该方法有良好的收敛性、精确性,具有很强的实用意义。
A new method of processing discrete control quantities in optimal power flow algorithm based on positive quadratic penalty function is proposed. This method uses the virtual cost of the quadratic penalty function to force the discrete control to reach a level of it. The introduction mechanism is simple and effective and can be well integrated in Newton’s optimal power flow algorithm. In this paper, an IEEE experimental power system and two actual power systems in China are numerically calculated. The results show that the method has good convergence and accuracy, and has strong practical significance.
