目的通过对本钢烧结烟气脱硫项目进行职业病危害因素预评价,分析、识别其可能存在的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害的类别,明确职业病防治的可行性,并为建设项目的职业病危害分类管理以及职业病防护设施的初步设计提供科学依据。方法采用类比法、检查表法、综合分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘、SO2、CO、CO2、NOX、盐酸、噪声和工频电场;类比检测结果显示,各职业病危害因素浓度与强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在职业病防治方面是可行的。
OBJECTIVE: To pre-evaluate and analyze occupational hazards in Bengang sinter flue gas desulfurization project, to identify possible occupational hazards, to identify the types of occupational hazards, to clarify the feasibility of prevention and control of occupational diseases, to classify occupational hazards in construction projects, The preliminary design of occupational disease protection facilities provide a scientific basis. Methods Using analogy, checklist method, comprehensive analysis method for evaluation. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in this project include limestone dust, gypsum dust, SO2, CO, CO2, NOX, hydrochloric acid, noise and power frequency electric field. The results of analog test showed that the concentrations and intensities of various occupational hazards are in line with the national occupational health standards . Conclusion The construction project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational diseases and is feasible in the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
