大赛前运动员最佳竞技状态的形成是发挥个人竞技水平和真正实力的关键,需要一定的周期来实现,主要包括对运动员心理能力、智能、技能和体能的训练与保持,经过多个方面因素的综合让他们形成最佳竞技状态,为参加大赛做好准备工作。基于此,本文针对大赛前运动员最佳竞技状态形成的周期安排进行分析和浅谈,并提出部分适当的对策。
