由于近场耦合效应的影响,EMI滤波器元件相同但是布局不同时,在滤波性能上会表现出极大的差异。EMI滤波器对电磁场非常敏感,因此它的布局设计是非常关键的。本文以π型滤波器为研究对象,对几种典型布局情况下的滤波性能进行了比较研究。通过有限元分析软件提取了不同布局情况下的近场耦合参数,建立了包含近场耦合参数的滤波器高频模型,借助该模型可以对滤波器在150kHz~30MHz频率范围内的性能进行准确的预测。仿真和实验结果表明,滤波器中电容引线长度、接地情况和安放位置以及PCB输入输出走线的布置对滤波性能有重要的影响。
Due to the effects of near-field coupling, EMI filter components will exhibit significant differences in filter performance if they are the same but with different layouts. EMI filter is very sensitive to the electromagnetic field, so its layout design is very crucial. In this paper, the π-type filter is the object of study. The filtering performance under several typical layouts is compared. The finite element analysis software was used to extract the near-field coupling parameters under different layout conditions. A high-frequency filter model with near-field coupling parameters was established. With this model, the performance of the filter in the 150kHz ~ 30MHz frequency range can be accurately prediction. The simulation and experimental results show that the length of the capacitor leads, grounding conditions and placement, as well as the layout of the PCB input and output traces, have a significant impact on the filtering performance.
