探讨了凝胶注模成型制备Al2O3/B4C可燃毒物芯块工艺。本文系统研究zeta电位、固相含量和分散剂含量对桨体的影响,并分析了三种不同B4C颗粒对桨体的影响。通过DSC热分析可知有机单体在~265℃排除。实验结果表明:50 vol.%固相含量,3~6wt%单体,0.6 wt.%分散剂和8μmB4C是制备的最佳条件,其生坯密度>55 TD%。与干压成型相比,凝胶注模成型制备生坯微观结构均匀,气孔小且分布范围窄。
The preparation of Al2O3 / B4C flammable poison pellets by gel casting was discussed. In this paper, the effects of zeta potential, solid content and dispersant content on the propeller body were systematically studied. The effects of three different B4C particles on the propeller body were also analyzed. The DSC analysis revealed that the organic monomer was excluded at ~ 265 ° C. The experimental results show that the best preparation conditions are 50vol.% Solid content, 3 ~ 6wt% monomer, 0.6wt.% Dispersant and 8μmB4C. Compared with dry-pressing, the microstructure of the green body prepared by gelcasting is uniform, the pores are small and the distribution range is narrow.
