空间搭载诱变是一种育种新技术,中国科技工作者采用空间诱变先后创制和育成一批水稻新种质、新品种及杂交稻恢复系。此研究采用空间诱变与杂交育种相结合的手段,将恢复系‘明恢86’干种子通过返回式卫星搭载后与‘台农67’杂交,F2代再与CDR22复合杂交,培育出的新恢复系‘福恢936’。用该恢复系与不育系‘Ⅱ-32A’配组的高产优质三系杂交水稻新品种‘Ⅱ优936’,在福建省2年区试中平均比对照‘汕优63’增产达10.82%,米质主要指标达部颁优质米二级标准,稻瘟病抗性比对照‘汕优63’强,2005年通过福建省农作物品种审定。本研究可成功地培育出高产优质杂交水稻新品。
Space-carrying mutagenesis is a new breeding technology. Chinese scientists and technologists have created and bred a number of new rice germplasms, new varieties and hybrid rice restorer lines by using space mutation. In this study, a combination of space-mutagenesis and crossbreeding was used to breed the restorer line ’Minghui 86’ by back satellites and hybridize with ’Tai-nong 67’ Restoration Department ’Fu Hui 936’. ’Youyou 936’, a new high-yielding and high-quality three-line hybrid rice with the restorer line Ⅱ-32A ’, increased 10.82% more than the control’ Shanyou 63 ’in the two-year regional trial in Fujian. , The main indicator of quality of rice reached the ministerial level two rice standards, rice blast resistance than the control ’Shanyou 63’ strong, in Fujian Province in 2005 through the approval of crop varieties. This study can successfully breed new products of high yield and good quality hybrid rice.
