长输埋地管道随地形的起伏,形成了管道的立面转角。为保证管道的安全运营,转角处需布设竖曲线进行连接。以往管道竖曲线的布设、设计所采用的“圆形竖曲线测设表”及“输气干线设计手册”中推荐的方法,其计算值与实际值存在误差,不能保证所要求的精度。现根据切线支矩的理论,导出了布设竖曲线的精确计算公式。此式精度较高,可按要求取之,并适合各种竖曲线类型的计算。文中对以往所用方法存在误差的原因进行了分析,并介绍了精确公式的推导过程、计算方法及具体要求。可供长输管道线路设计、施工人员参考选用。
