汽轮机转子长期在高温、高压状态下运行,发生了材质软化现象。材质软化影响着材料的疲劳及蠕变力学性能。通过对转子材料实验结果的分析与研究,以硬度作为参量,建立了全应变范围与致裂循环次数之间的关系以及蠕变寿命与Larson-Miler参数之间的关系。提出了考虑材料软化老化转子寿命损耗的计算方法,阐述了以硬度作为参量,如何评价转子的疲劳及蠕变剩余寿命,为老机组安全可靠运行、提高寿命预测精度以及转子使用寿命的无损诊断提供了依据
Turbine rotor long-term high temperature and high pressure operation, the material softening occurred. Material softening affects the fatigue and creep mechanical properties of the material.
