目的:探讨BOPPPS教学模型在糖尿病患者健康教育中应用效果。方法:选取2015年1~12月我院就诊的40例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用BOPPPS教学模型进行健康宣教,对照组采用传统健康宣教模式。干预1年后,比较两组患者血糖控制情况。结果:两组患者空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较干预前降低(P<0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,试验组空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS教学模型在糖尿病健康教育工作中有一定的推广价值。
Objective: To explore the effect of BOPPPS teaching model on health education of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Forty cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted BOPPPS teaching model for health education, while the control group used traditional health education model. One year after the intervention, blood glucose control was compared between the two groups. Results: Fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P <0.05). After intervention, the fasting blood glucose, 2-h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in the experimental group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The BOPPPS teaching model has certain promotion value in the health education of diabetes.
