11月1日,厦航召开2007年第三季度服务质量领导小组暨服务专项整治领导小组工作会议。会议由张群治副总经理主持,两小组在厦的成员参加了会议。会议传达了华东地区管理局航空运输服务专项整治工作宣贯会议的精神,要求各部门以航空运输服务专项整治为契机,圆满完成各专项服务整治工作,全面推进2007优质服务年各项工作的开展。两小组下设的各项目组经理汇报了2007优质服务年各项目以及民航服务专项整治中涉及的航班延误处置机制、行李运输、客票超售、货运服务、奥运保障等专项工作的进展情况。
November 1, Xiamen Airlines held the third quarter of 2007, the quality of service leading group and service special rectification leading group work conference. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Zhang Qunzhi and members of the two teams in Xiamen attended the meeting. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the meeting to conduct a special rectification meeting for air transport services in East China Authority and demanded that all departments take the opportunity of special rectification of air transport services and satisfactorily complete the remediation work of all special services and fully promote the implementation of various tasks of 2007 Quality Service Year . The project managers under the two teams reported on the progress of the special projects such as the project of 2007 quality service, the delays in handling of flights, baggage transport, overbooking of ticket, freight services and the Olympic Games involved in the special rectification of civil aviation services.
