这些年,中国的航空运输业取得高速增长,但支线航空运输的发展却一直较为缓慢。目前我国航空运输主要集中在大城市之间,2005年北京、上海和广州三大城市机场旅客吞吐量占全部机场旅客吞吐量的37.3%,排名前40名的国内机场的旅客周转量占全国旅客周转量的94.7%,而其余近百家机场的旅客吞吐量仅占全国旅客吞吐量的5%。中国的支线航空步履艰难。2006年以来,中国已经把支线航空发展作为“十一五”期间的重点任务,相关部门也出台了一系列措施支持支线航空的发展。近日,本刊记者走访了中国航空工业发展研究中心副主任廖全旺,请他为我们解读中国的支线航空……
