德阻市的汽车配件社会网点发展较快,到目前已达150家之多,市场竞争日趋激烈。国营销售企业素以品种齐全、资金雄厚称优,但随着新车型新配件的不断涌现,因流动资金有限,“品种齐全”的优势正在逐渐失去,而社会网点却看准了空子,极尽所有资金,只经营某些紧销车型的配件。所以,国营销售企业必须把如何充分发挥自己的优势,扬长避短及提高配件市场占有率的问题引起高度重视,并制定相应的经营对策。近几年,我公司在发展大件配件的经营销售上取得了一些进展,从而稳定了整个配件的销售形势。现综述如下。
