根据PC5282颚式破碎机主要结构性能参数,对机构进行了运动仿真,得出理想的运动轨迹和行程,并进行了受力分析。建立了动颚的三维模型。基于COSMOSWORKS平台对动颚进行了有限元优化分析,揭示了动颚在静力载荷下有限元优化前后的应力分布、位移分布和变形分布的规律,对动颚进行了结构优化,减轻了重量,为动颚的改进设计提供参考。
According to the main structural performance parameters of PC5282 jaw crusher, the mechanism was simulated, the ideal trajectory and travel distance were obtained, and the force analysis was carried out.
