目的通过对医院引进人才的实践分析,推动医院学科整体特色发展。方法利用2005年-2014年间医院招聘系统统计数据,对医院十年间人才引进获批情况、离职率及招聘渠道进行统计分析。结果 2005年-2014年共引进人才1932人,从2010年以后逐年增加,获批科研项目2009年减少,2010年以后逐年增长,离职率十年平均值为4.21%。结论人员引进数量随着招聘渠道的增加而呈现上升趋势。医院应注重引进人才的使用,为人才构建职业发展平台,发挥人才引领作用,做到既保证人员的稳定,同时也要保持人员的活力。
Objective To promote the overall development of the hospital discipline through the practical analysis of the introduction of qualified personnel in hospitals. Methods Based on the statistical data of hospital recruitment system from 2005 to 2014, the statistical analysis was conducted on the approved introduction, recruitment rate and recruitment channels of hospitals in ten years. Results A total of 1932 talents were introduced from 2005 to 2014, increasing from 2010 onwards. The number of approved scientific research projects decreased in 2009 and then increased year after year. The average ten-year turnover rate was 4.21%. Conclusions The number of staff introduced shows an upward trend with the increase of recruitment channels. The hospital should pay attention to the introduction of the use of talented people, build a professional development platform for talented people, and give full play to the leading role of talented people so as to ensure the stability of personnel while maintaining the vitality of personnel.
