骨髓间充质干细胞移植是治疗心肌梗死的新途径之一,其技术和方法不断发展。诸如建立更好的大型活体实验动物模型；改进对植入细胞的标记追踪技术；进一步研究细胞植入的适宜方式和时间等。骨髓间充质干细胞移植和基因疗法相结合可能得到叠加的治疗效果。
Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation is one of the new ways to treat myocardial infarction. Its technology and method are developing continuously. Such as the establishment of a better large-scale experimental animal model of living; improve the labeling of implanted cells tracking technology; further study of appropriate methods of cell implantation and time. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in combination with gene therapy may result in additive therapeutic effects.
