目的对河北安国产祁菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Qiju)非药用部位-秸秆的化学成分进行了初步研究。方法将大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱与制备型高效液相色谱法相结合进行化合物的分离制备,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从祁菊秸秆体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离鉴定了11个单体化合物,分别为(7S,8R)-picraquassioside C(1)、(2R,3S)-2,3-dihydro-3-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-2-(4’-hydroxy-3’-methoxyphenyl)-5-benzo-furanpropanol 5c-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、(+)-松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、(+)-epipinoresinol 4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、邻羟基苯甲酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、香草酸(7)、反式咖啡酸(8)、(E)-阿魏酸二十六烷基酯(9)、反式丁香苷(10)、protocatechualdehyde dimer(11)。结论分离鉴定了11个单体化合物。化合物1~4,9均为首次从菊属中分离得到,11为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of non-medicinal part-straw from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Qiju in Hebei Province. Methods The compounds were separated and synthesized by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Eleven monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of 70% ethanolic solution with the volume fraction of 7%, respectively. They were (7S, 8R) -picraquassioside C (1), (2R, 3S) -2,3-dihydro -3-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-2- (4’-hydroxy-3’-methoxyphenyl) -5-benzo-furanpropanol 5c- O-β-D-glucoside (3), (+) - epipinoresinol 4 "-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), o-hydroxybenzoic acid 7), trans-caffeic acid (8), (E) -hexadecyl ferulic acid (9), trans-syringin (10) and protocatechualdehyde dimer (11) Compounds 1 to 4, 9 were isolated from the genus Gerbera for the first time, 11 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
