“和谐社会”目前已成为党和国家执政的一项战略任务,因此,各行各业应努力为创建“和谐”社会做出自己的努力。对于托幼机构来说,“和谐”体现在方方面面,但和谐的人际关系是重要的一个方面。和谐的托幼机构应体现在幼儿园的精神环境创设上,在一个融洽宽松、愉悦舒心的环境中工作、学习和生活是和谐的托幼机构的重要特征。本期策划的几篇文章从不同角度阐述了和谐的幼儿园人际关系的建构,以期引起幼教工作者的共鸣与思考,营造真正和谐的幼儿园。
“Harmonious society ” has now become a strategic task for the party and the state to govern. Therefore, all walks of life should strive to make their own efforts to create a “harmonious” society. For nurseries, “harmony ” is reflected in all aspects, but harmonious interpersonal relationship is an important aspect. A harmonious nursery and kindergarten should be reflected in the creation of a spiritual environment in kindergartens. It is an important feature of a harmonious nursery school to work, live and study in a harmonious, relaxed and pleasant environment. Several articles planned in this period elaborate the construction of harmonious kindergarten interpersonal relationship from different angles with a view to arousing the resonance and thinking of preschool education workers and creating a truly harmonious kindergarten.
