新编“国标”《混凝土结构设计规范》(GBJ10-89),根据我国最新研究成果和国内外设计使用的丰富经验,增补了有关钢筋预埋件设计的规定,现已编成即将公布执行。为使广大读者能及时地熟悉和掌握新规范关于预埋件的新设计法,本刊继1988年连载“钢筋混凝土结构中预埋件的设计方法”技术讲座之后,又安排了本讲座,特邀请冶金部建筑研究总院喻纯诚、陈家坤、李光同志较全面系统地介绍新规范中钢筋预埋件计算方法和构造要求,并辅有设计实例予以实用说明。在介绍新规范方法的同时,作者还根据国内最近研究成果补充介绍了工程中常用的角钢预埋件新设计法;抗剪钢板预埋件和受扭预埋件及受拉锚筋抗拔验算;并介绍考虑温度和平行剪力方向锚筋边距对预埋件承载能力的影响;以及简便计算图表和若干具体构造措施。
The new “GB” “Code for Design of Concrete Structures” (GBJ10-89), in accordance with China’s latest research results and rich experience in design at home and abroad, has supplemented the regulations concerning the design of steel embedded parts, and has now been compiled into an impending implementation. In order to enable readers to familiarize themselves with and master the new design method of embedded parts in a timely manner in the new specification, this publication has arranged this lecture following the technical briefing of “Design Method of Embedded Components in Reinforced Concrete Structures” successively published in 1988. Invited the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute Yu Chuncheng, Chen Jiakun, and Comrade Li Guang to give a more comprehensive and systematic introduction to the calculation methods and structural requirements for the steel embedded parts in the new specification, supplemented by practical examples. While introducing the new specification method, the author also added a new design method for angle steel embedded parts commonly used in the project based on recent domestic research results; shear resistance of pre-embedded parts and torsion-resistant prestressed steel plates and tensile anchor bars. ; and to introduce the influence of temperature and parallel shear direction of the anchorage margin on the carrying capacity of the embedded part; as well as a simple calculation chart and a number of specific construction measures.
