饲料中添加不同水平的三七总皂苷对异育银鲫生长和肌肉营养成分的影响。选取同一放养批次健康的异育银鲫,随机分为5组。其中第1组为空白对照组,饲喂基础饲料,其余4组为三七总皂苷组,分别添加80、160、320和640mg/kg三七总皂苷试验饲料。每组3个重复,每重复30尾银鲫,进行60d的养殖试验。结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,成活率基本相同,肌肉营养成分差异不显著;160、320和640mg/kg的试验组与对照组相比,增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率显著提高,饲料系数和肌肉中的胆固醇含量显著降低。结果表明:在异育银鲫饲料中添加适宜水平的三七总皂苷可以提高异育银鲫生长性能,降低其肌肉中的胆固醇含量。
Effects of different levels of Panax notoginseng saponins on the growth and muscle nutrition of allogynogenetic crucian carp diets.
