《中华人民共和国土地管理法》(以下简称《土地管理法》)实施10年来,广西土地管理工作取得了一定的成绩。据广西土地监察部门统计,在1986～1996年,广西土地检查立案163186件,已查处152419件,结案率为93.4%。但是,土地管理行政执法难的现象仍然比较突出。本文拟对广西土地违法案件的特点、土地管理行政执法难的原因进行探析,并提出相应的对策。一、广西土地违法案件的特点随着经济的发展,广西人地矛盾突出,地价不断攀升,土地违法案件也逐年增多。1994年广西土地立案8700多件,1995年增加到9654件。广西土地违法案件主 Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “Land Management Law”) 10 years of implementation, land management in Guangxi has made some achievements.
