目的探讨利用优化设计分析方法进行载人航天环境模拟舱舱体结构设计可行性。方法基于Opti Struct优化分析软件,采用数学规划方法,结合模拟舱设计需求,确定设计变量、约束条件和优化目标,建立某舱优化模型。结果通过静力和屈曲分析得出舱体壁厚可减少1 mm,减重1 t,并使用常规设计方法对优化分析后的结构参数进行了验证,其结果满足标准要求。结论采用优化设计方法开展载人航天环境模拟舱舱体结构设计校核,可以得到更加合理、经济的设计结果。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using the method of optimal design and analysis to design the structure of a manned spacecraft simulation cabin. Based on Opti Struct optimization analysis software, mathematical programming method, design requirements of simulation cabin, design variables, constraints and optimization objectives were determined to establish a model of optimization. Results The results of static and buckling analysis show that the wall thickness of the hull can be reduced by 1 mm and the weight of the hull can be reduced by 1 t. The structural parameters after optimization analysis have been verified by the conventional design method. The results meet the standard requirements. Conclusion Optimizing design method to carry out structural verification of cabin structure of manned space simulation cabin can get more reasonable and economic design results.
