去年,我到某煤矿打工,从事井下采煤工作,并和矿主签订了为期两年的工作合同。今年过完春节,我返回煤矿上班时,矿主却告诉我说,因为去年年底我带领井下的工人擅离工作岗位,严重违反了生产纪律,造成重大经济损失,已经解除了我的劳动合同。其实,去年年底的事是因为我们在井下采煤时,我闻到井下的瓦斯味极重,为防止出现意外,在万不得已的情况下我才擅自做主将工人带离井下。请问:矿主以此为由,可以解除我的劳动合同吗?劳动合同的解除,是指劳动合同订立后,未履行完毕之
