井下矸石充填开采不仅利用了矿井产生的矸石,而且采出了部分被压煤炭,较适用于建筑物下压煤开采,是实现煤矿绿色开采的重要途径之一。结合某矿巷道充填开采,采用计算机数值模拟技术,对煤矿巷道充填开采巷道间煤柱稳定性进行研究,选出较合理的煤柱留设宽度。根据实测结果,巷道充填开采实际充填率在80%左右。对某矿开采区域,采用巷道充填开采和条带开采2种方案进行进行预测,巷道充填开采地表沉陷效果较为显著。
Underground waste rock filling and mining not only make use of the waste rock produced by the mine, but also part of the coal was pressed, more suitable for coal mining under the pressure of coal mining is one of the important ways to achieve green mining. Combined with the filling and mining of mine roadway, using computer numerical simulation technology, the stability of coal pillar between coal mine roadway filling and mining roadway was studied, and the more reasonable pillar pillar width was selected. According to the measured results, the actual filling rate of roadway filling is about 80%. For a mining area, the two schemes of roadway filling and striping are adopted for prediction. Surface subsidence in roadway filling and mining is more obvious.
