在抛丸设备的实际应用中,普遍存在两大问题。一是易损件寿命低、耗量大,抛丸清理费用高;二是叶片更换困难而又频繁,费时、费力。这后者最使操作者感到不便。因此,研制新颖而实用的抛丸叶片装夹机构,已是从事抛丸技术研究的广大铸造工作者力求解决的问题。我所已研制成功了一种结构新颖而实用的抛丸叶片装夹机构,经济南机车工厂等几十家中大型厂家使用证明,该种叶片装夹机构,不但叶片装卸十分方便,而且叶片受力良好,较明显地提高了低铬稀土白口铸铁叶片的实际使用寿命。现已组织了大量生产。
