生石灰搅拌桩又称石灰系深层搅拌桩或石灰粉喷桩。它依靠其桩体强度和生石灰膨胀产生的桩间土挤密作用,来提高软土地基的承载力。在山西省太原市南郊区小店镇某银行综合楼的地基处理中,我们尝试采用生石灰搅拌桩与隔水围幕消除地基液化,提高地基承载力,取得了良好的效果。 一、工程概况 该综合楼为框架结构,基础为筏片基础,主楼12层,裙房二层,裙房与主楼间不设缝,采用后浇带施工。基础埋深为自然地坪以下4.2m。 二、土层分布及主要物理力学性质
Lime mixing pile, also known as lime deep mixing pile or lime powder spray pile. It relies on the strength of its piles and the compaction of soil between piles resulting from the expansion of quick lime to increase the bearing capacity of the soft soil foundation. In the foundation treatment of a bank complex in Xiaodian Town on the southern outskirts of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, we tried to eliminate the liquefaction of foundations by using quick-lime mixing piles and water-proof curtains to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation and achieved good results.
