本刊讯上颌骨肿瘤是头颈外科常见病,治疗时需将上颌骨部分或全部切除,而切除后的上颌骨如何修复一直是临床上的难点。上颌骨居颜面中部,左右各一,连接构成中面部的支架,切除上颌骨将严重影响患者的面容。传统方法是用软组织修复患者的上颌骨,但外形与功能恢复均不佳。近日,北京同仁医院头颈外科在为一名25岁患者成功切除上颌骨肿瘤的基础上,首次尝试采用3D打印技术精准修复上颌骨,既保住了患者的性命,又留住了患者的美貌。
The Journal of Maxillary Tumors is a common disease of the head and neck surgery, the treatment of the maxillary part of the total or partial resection, and how to repair the maxillary resection has been a clinical difficulty. Recently, Beijing Tongren Hospital, head and neck surgery in a successful 25-year-old patient with maxillary tumor resection, based on the first attempt to use 3D printing technology to accurately repair the maxilla, both to keep the patient’s life and retain the patient’s beauty.
