本文报告了课题研究背景与意义、课题研究的实施过程和课题研究成果的主要内容及课题研究存在问题与展望;具体课题研究成果体现为:形成了关于幼儿教师学习效能感现状的基本认识,建构了关于增强幼儿教师学习效能感的培养策略,即加强幼儿教师对专业理论学习能力的培养,增强幼儿教师学习成功体验的机会,营造学习型组织的学习氛围和重视发挥同伴学习的榜样效应。
