2013年6月至2014年3月,“1895中国当代工艺美术系列大展暨学术论坛”在江苏省南通市1895文化创意产业园举行。活动以中国高等教育领域和产业领域的工艺美术五个专业方向——金工、漆器、陶艺、玻璃、纤维所取得的创新作品和学术研究成果为重点,展示具有创新性、学术性、实验性的当代工艺美术领域的力作,引领当代工艺美术发展的最新成就和发展趋势。中国当代陶瓷艺术展是系列大展的第三个展览,由南通市人民政府和清华大学美术学院主办,南通国有置业集团和清华大学美术学院陶瓷艺术设计系承办。本刊于近日采访了这次展览的策展人、清华大学美术学院陶瓷艺术设计系主任白明。话题从展览的策展理念及组织形式开始,随着交流的深入,亦涉及到中国当代陶艺的现状、陶瓷艺术设计教育、日用陶瓷与陶瓷艺术的关系等问题。
From June 2013 to March 2014, “1895 Chinese Contemporary Craft Art Series Exhibition and Academic Forum” was held in 1895 Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The activity will focus on the innovative works and academic research achievements made by the five professional arts and crafts in the field of Chinese higher education and industrial fields - metalwork, lacquerware, pottery, glass and fiber - to demonstrate innovative, academic and experimental Contemporary art and craft masterpiece, leading the development of contemporary arts and crafts the latest achievements and trends. China Contemporary Ceramic Art Exhibition is the third exhibition of the series exhibition, sponsored by Nantong Municipal People’s Government and Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts, Nantong State-owned Properties Group and Tsinghua University School of Fine Arts ceramic art design contractor. The magazine recently interviewed the curator of the exhibition, Tsinghua University School of Fine Arts Ceramic Art Design Department Bai Ming. The topics started with the curatorial ideas and organizational forms of the exhibition. With the deepening of exchanges, it also touched on the current status of contemporary ceramic art in China, the education of ceramic art design, the relationship between daily-use ceramics and ceramic art.
