激励理论是企业管理中必须掌握的理论之一,企业管理不仅需要丰富的管理经验,还需要大量理论知识的支持,才能有效地指导企业管理工作的有效进行。目前在企业的管理工作当中,需要对企业员工进行详细的劳动分配,但是企业员工实际的工作当中存在工作效率的差异,这导致实施激励工作的时候问题频发。该文通过对企业管理中激励理论应用进行分析探讨,就实施激励中出现的激励内容单一、激励过程没有反馈、激励过于短期化等问题,提出了相关的建议,期望企业可以在管理中使激励理论的作用得到最大的发挥。
Incentive theory is one of the theories that must be mastered in the management of an enterprise. The management of an enterprise requires not only rich management experience but also a great deal of theoretical knowledge to effectively guide the effective management of the enterprise. At present, the management of enterprises requires a detailed allocation of labor among employees. However, there are differences in work efficiency among employees’ actual work, which leads to frequent problems in the implementation of incentive work. This paper analyzes and discusses the application of motivation theory in enterprise management, and puts forward some suggestions on such issues as singleness of motivation, lack of feedback during motivation and over short-term motivation, and expects enterprises to make motivation in management The role of theory has been maximized.
