安茂水,笔名墨夫,现任解放军长岭书画院院长、中国美术家协会理事、中国书法家协会会员、《军地战友艺术报》常务副总编辑、中国山水画艺术创作院副院长,国家一级美术师,全国科技文委高级专家,毛泽东书法研究会理事,世界书画艺术家联盟委员。自幼受家传影响,学习木板年画,写生二十余卷本,作品多次获金奖,并被博物馆收藏,是中国十大山水画家之一。曾参与创作吉祥奥运百米巨幅长卷;应邀为《共和国世纪伟人》、《共和国将帅》、《共和国光影》、《共和国战争》、《共和国 An Maoshui, pen name of the ink, the incumbent Changling Painting and Calligraphy Institute, the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese calligraphers Association, “Army comrade-in-arms” executive deputy editor in chief, Chinese landscape painting art vice president, National level artist, senior expert of National Science and Technology Commission, Mao Zedong Calligraphy Research Association, the world’s painting and calligraphy artists Union members.
