以杂交种1145×Y331作母本与高油型农大高诱1号单倍体诱导系杂交产生的单倍体及其秋水仙素加倍形成的双单倍体(DH)群体为材料,利用SSR分子标记对孤雌生殖单倍体及DH系群体的配子分离及遗传特点进行了初步分析。结果表明:单倍体及DH群体中SSR分子标记呈随机分离,没有发现明显的偏分离现象。对DH和重组自交群体(RIL)的农艺性状比较分析表明,2个群体主要农艺性状表现基本一致,DH群体表现出系内整齐性更高。上述结果表明,孤雌生殖诱导和秋水仙素加倍基本上不存在明显的基因型选择性,DH群体的变异性可以满足育种上的需要。
The haploid and the doubled haploid (DH) population which were doubled by hybrid colony 1145 × Y331 as the female parent and the high oil cultivar Nongda Gaoyu No.1 haploid induction line were used as materials, SSR Molecular markers were used to analyze the segregation and genetic characteristics of parthenogenesis DH and DH population. The results showed that SSR markers were randomly separated in haploid and DH population, and no obvious segregation was found. The comparative analysis of agronomic traits between DH and recombinant inbreds (RIL) showed that the main agronomic traits of the two populations were basically consistent, and the DH population showed a higher degree of tidiness within the system. The above results show that there is basically no obvious genotypic selectivity induced by parthenogenesis induction and colchicine doubling, and the variation of DH population can meet the needs of breeding.
