目的:研究罗汉果茎的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazy1,DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将罗汉果茎的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:罗汉果茎的水部位提取物对DPPH的清除能力最强,其次为乙酸乙酯部位提取物、正丁醇部位提取物、石油醚部位提取物。结论:罗汉果茎的不同部位提取物均有抗氧化活性。其中水部位的抗氧化能力最强。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of extracts from different parts of Haliotis extract on the free radical scavenging of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazy1 (DPPH). Methods: The ethanol extract of Luohanguo stem was separated into four fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water by systematic solvent method. The DPPH radical scavenging assay Oxidative activity, and compared with gallic acid, ascorbic acid. Results: The water extract from the stem of Luohaoshi had the strongest DPPH scavenging ability, followed by ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and petroleum ether extract. Conclusion: The extracts from different parts of the stem of Sorghum bicolor have anti-oxidative activity. The water part of the strongest antioxidant capacity.
