随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇化速度的不断加快,土地成为推动经济发展的重要力量。围绕着当前土地征收中存在的各种问题日益受到社会的关注,尤其是处于弱势地位的农民相关权益的保护成为当下的热点。本文对我国当前土地征收问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相关对策建议。 With the rapid economic development in our country and the accelerating speed of urbanization, land has become an important force for promoting economic development. Around the current problems of land expropriation, various issues are receiving more and more attention from the society. Especially the protection of peasants’ rights and interests in the disadvantaged status has become the hot spot nowadays. This paper analyzes the current land expropriation in our country and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on it.
