考虑到连续序贯博弈中双方的互惠偏好,该文放宽传统经济学中的“理性人”假设。以行为经济学为研究基础,在双方互惠的共同认识下构建劳资关系模型,用于分析劳资关系中双方行为的相互作用规律,从中找出利于我国企业创新管理的启示。研究发现:劳资关系中双方获得的效用都是内生性且正相关的,长期劳资互惠的关系同时决定了双方的效用水平,任何一方的效用受损都会导致另外一方的效用相应的受到损失。我国企业创新管理方式应建立以“目标诱导”为中心的管理模式、营造双赢的组织氛围、以“公平性”为中心创新考核制度。
Considering the reciprocal preference of both parties in sequential sequential games, this article relaxes the assumption of “rational man ” in traditional economics. Based on behavioral economics, this paper constructs a model of labor-capital relationship under the common understanding of mutual benefits, which is used to analyze the law of interaction between the two parties in the relationship between labor and capital, and find the enlightenment that will benefit the innovation management of our country. The study finds that the utility obtained by both parties in the relationship between labor and capital is both endogenous and positive. The long-term relationship between employers and employees also determines the utility of both parties. Any loss of effectiveness of either party will lead to the corresponding loss of utility of the other party. The innovation management mode of our country should set up the management mode centering on “goal induction ”, create a win-win organizational atmosphere and innovate the examination system centering on “fairness ”.
