普通中学音乐教育注重启发人的心灵、培养人的健全人格、提高音乐欣赏能力和鉴别能力,通过活动培养学生的团队合作精神,并为专业人才的输送起到了奠基性作用,由此,音乐教师所扮演的角色也具有多样性,其中,在教育的“四个支柱”下(学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存),教师的角色扮演各有不同。除此,还需要关注对教师关键能力的培养,包括对教师职业信仰、职业行为能力、职业道德能力的培养,从而丰富和完善教师角色的扮演能力。
