交际场中,能说会道的人不一定是善于交际的人,善于倾听的人才是真正会交际的人。倾听,是一种品德,包含尊重、体谅与包容。教育家卡耐基说:“做个好听众往往比做一个演讲者更重要。专心听他人讲话,是我们给予他人的最大尊重、呵护和赞美。”倾听是建立良好人际关系的前提,善听是走向善说的捷径。静心倾听不仅可以避免言过其实之失,而且还有兼听则明的好处。一个谦虚好学的人,一个懂善待他人的人,一个善于反省自强不息的人,永远懂得倾听。良好的倾听,赢得人际。
