随着经济全球化的快速发展,中国的对外交流与合作也与日俱增,对高职高专院校的英语教学也提出了更高的要求。通过对高职高专院校英语教学的研究,笔者发现,由于文化背景知识的匮乏,许多学习英语多年的学习者,仍不能很好地应用英语及和以英语为母语的人进行流利地交流,这对英语学习者来说是一个很大的问题。本文结合教学经验,从高职高专英语教学过程中存在的问题出发,对文化导入在英语教学中的应用进行了简单探析。
With the rapid development of economic globalization, China’s foreign exchanges and cooperation are also increasing day by day, and higher demands are placed on English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Through the study of English teaching in vocational colleges, the author finds that many learners who have studied English for many years still cannot use English and communicate with fluent English speakers fluently because of lack of cultural background knowledge. This is a big problem for English learners. Based on the teaching experience and the problems in the process of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this article makes a simple analysis of the application of cultural introduction in English teaching.
