半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面结构作为我国最主要的高等级路面结构类型,沥青面层和半刚性基层之间的黏结状态是决定沥青混凝土路面结构耐久性的关键,但目前我国还没有统一的用于评价沥青混凝土路面层间黏结状态的标准试验方法。在借鉴国外剪切试验方法的基础上,借助MTS设备,利用自行设计的直剪试验和45°斜剪试验仪器,通过大量室内试验研究,分析了试验温度、荷载加载速率、试件干湿状态等对沥青面层和半刚性基层之间层间抗剪强度的影响,结合实际试验的可操作性,提出了室内标准直剪和斜剪试验方法,并提出采用考虑95%保证率下的抗剪强度和单位抗剪强度双重指标进行试验数据结果处理的方法,为科学研究和工程检测提供参考。
