用催渗和不催渗两种渗剂在不同温度下对CuAlY合金表面渗铝,利用工业N2气中的余氧作为内氧化介质对渗铝后的试样进行内氧化,在试样表面制备一层细小弥散的Al2O3粒子。对渗铝层的显微组织、内氧化层的硬度分布及显微组织进行了初步分析。结果表明,催渗剂对CuAlY合金渗铝具有明显的催渗效果,在同等工艺条件下渗铝层较厚且更加均匀;内氧化后,能在试样表面形成厚度为280μm左右的Al2O3弥散强化层。
With infiltration and non-permeability of two kinds of penetration agent at different temperatures on the surface of CuAlY alloy aluminizing, the use of industrial N2 gas as the internal oxidation of oxygen as the internal oxidation of the aluminized sample after internal oxidation, prepared in the sample surface A layer of finely dispersed Al2O3 particles.
