目的了解北京市某疾病预防控制机构的人力资源现况,为该机构人力资源结构调整提供依据。方法收集2008年在岗人员人事信息,从卫生人员的数量、学历、职称等方面对人员的现况进行分析。结果北京市某疾病预防控制机构的人员总数为622人,未超过编制标准,专业技术人员比例为88.3%;年龄构成以30~40岁和40~50岁两个年龄段为主;职称构成以中级为主;学历构成以本科为主;专业构成,防病、卫生、管理、工勤人员分别占总人数的33.9%、33.6%、23.8%和8.7%。结论此机构的人员数量不足,人员结构不平衡,需制定科学的人才发展规划以适应需要。
Objective To understand the current situation of human resources in a disease prevention and control institution in Beijing and provide the basis for the structural adjustment of human resources in this institution. Methods Collect the personnel information of 2008 on-the-job staff, and analyze the current status of personnel from the aspects of the number of health personnel, academic record and professional title. Results The total number of staff in a disease prevention and control institution in Beijing was 622, which did not exceed the preparation standard. The proportion of professional technicians was 88.3%. The age was mainly composed of two groups of 30-40 years old and 40-50 years old. Intermediate mainly; academic composition to undergraduate-based; professional composition, disease prevention, health, management, workers accounted for the total number of 33.9%, 33.6%, 23.8% and 8.7%. Conclusion The number of staff in this institution is not enough and the staff structure is not balanced. Therefore, a scientific talent development plan needs to be formulated to meet the needs.
