由我国财政制度引发的问题中,房价过高是地方财政稳定运行的一个必然“产物”。地方政府通过低价征地高价卖地,巨额的土地出让金是地方政府的一个重要财政来源。而高房价必定推动房价的上涨。该文从土地财政所引发的问题切入,分析当前我国财政制度的不足与缺陷。根据高房价的推动机制。以及中国地方政府的财政资金来源模式.该文针对土地财政引发的高房价问题提出了相关的对策建议。
