动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种严重危害人类健康的心血管疾病,其发病机制一直是研究的热点。随着后基因组时代的到来,人们对疾病发病机制的研究集中到基因转录、翻译水平。DNA甲基化修饰是影响转录翻译的重要途径之一,本文就AS发病过程中DNA甲基化的变化进行综述。
Atherosclerosis (AS) is a cardiovascular disease that seriously endangers human health. The pathogenesis of Atherosclerosis (AS) has always been a hot research topic. With the advent of the post-genomic era, research on the pathogenesis of diseases has focused on gene transcription and translation. DNA methylation modification is one of the important ways to affect transcriptional translation. This review summarizes the changes of DNA methylation during the pathogenesis of AS.
