目的：探讨牛磺酸对大鼠心肌梗塞中内皮素变化的影响．方法：在大鼠心肌梗塞模型上观察牛磺酸的治疗作用及对内皮素的影响．结果：牛磺酸能显著减轻缺血心肌损伤．抑制内皮素增加．牛磺酸组较心肌梗塞组内皮素下降39．54％．结论：牛磺酸保护缺血心肌作用可能与抑制内皮素增加有关．
Objective: To investigate the effect of taurine on the changes of endothelin in myocardial infarction in rats. METHODS: The therapeutic effect of taurine and its effect on endothelin were observed in a rat model of myocardial infarction. 3. Results: Taurine can significantly reduce ischemic myocardial injury. Inhibition of endothelin increases. Compared with the myocardial infarction group endothelin decreased 39.54% in the taurine group. Conclusion: The protective effects of taurine on ischemic myocardium may be related to the inhibition of endothelin elevation.
