室上速可伴有令人讨厌的多尿,本文在6例程控刺激诱发的室上速患者中,对此现象的机理进行了研究。4例为房室析返性心动过速,2例是房室结析返性心动过速,年龄在23～72岁(支均46岁)之间,2例诉有多尿。在实性心律和心动过速时测定血压、尿钠、水的排泄和血浆抗利尿激素、去甲肾上腺素及多巴胺,收集多次自动排出的小便计算尿量,每个病人均给相当的水以期达到恒定的基础
Supraventricular tachycardia can be accompanied by nasty urination. The mechanism of this phenomenon was studied in 6 patients with SVS induced by programmed stimulation. 4 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, 2 cases of atrioventricular nodules reentrant tachycardia, aged 23 to 72 years (mean 46 years), 2 cases complained of polyuria.
